Standard Real Estate Photography

  • Up to 2,000 sq ft — $300

  • 2,001–3,000 sq ft — $400

  • 3,001–4,000 sq ft — $500

  • 4,000+ sq ft — $250 / hour

Includes professional interior and exterior coverage, composition, standard editing and digital delivery.

Luxury Real Estate

$250 / hour · 2-hour minimum

For larger, high-end or detail-intensive properties. Time is estimated before the shoot and confirmed with you.

Examples: 2 hours $500 · 3 hours $750 · 4 hours $1,000

Commercial Real Estate

$250 / hour · 2-hour minimum

For commercial properties that need extra coverage, planning, scouting or collaboration. Large projects receive a custom quote.

Architectural Photography

Professional editing: $125 / hour

For architects, designers, builders, developers and high-end properties. Extensive retouching and additional revisions are billed separately.

Quoted by property size, shooting time, creative requirements and final deliverables.

Drone Media

Drone photo + video: starting at $300

Aerial photos and video by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. Subject to FAA requirements, weather, airspace restrictions and flight conditions.

Twilight Photography

On-site twilight session: starting at $300
